FAQ Q: If the lamps have spoilt, can I get replacement? A: Yes. Just refer to our authorized dealer. We will change at minimum cost. Q: Can I buy your products without the frame? A: Yes. Costumers can buy our LGP separately. Q: Any other sizes besides A4, A3, A2, A1&A0? A: We can tailor made according to your required size provided there is sizable volume to do so. Q: What type of film can be used? A: plenty. You may develop the film from negative film or produce film through printer (inject printing), output from softcopy of images (digital images) . The film can be produced by any advertising company. We also provide services in film printing. Q: Can I request for different frame material? A: Yes. Provided there is sizable quantity (Min 500pcs).However,the cost may change. Q: I’ve found similar products which is also slim, are they the same? A: Some products in the market are using normal florescent lamp which is thin but not using LCD backlight technology. CCFL used in our products only can produce the even illumination and low power consumption. Q: What do you mean by “color temperature”? Q: What does the “rated life” of a lamp signify? Q: Are samples available? A: Sample items are available. As a general rule the unit price is payable. In some cases sample charges require separate quotations and lead times. These charges will be deducted from the invoice price when an order is confirmed and received. Q: What is the International Standard Paper? A: Standard paper sizes like ISO A4 are widely used all over the world today. This text explains the ISO 216 paper size system and the ideas behind its design. Q: What is the concept of International Standard Paper,How is the size? A: In the ISO paper size system, the height-to-width ratio of all pages is the square root of two (1.4142 : 1). In other words, the width and the height of a page relate to each other like the side and the diagonal of a square. This aspect ratio is especially convenient for a paper size. If you put two such pages next to each other, or equivalently cut one parallel to its shorter side into two equal pieces, then the resulting page will have again the same width/height ratio.
